Meetings FAQ
How far in advance are bookings accepted?
We accept bookings up to 18 months from the wedding date. Wedding package and menu pricing is guaranteed at time of contracting.
Are customized packages available?
Your Sales Manager will be happy to work with you to create a custom menu to best fit your vision and budget. You may select and offer two pre-determined entrée selections to your guests at no additional charge. Adding a third option is possible with a surcharge of 5.00 per person based on your final guest count.
When are guaranteed guest counts and full payment due?
Guest guarantee is due (7) business days prior to your event along with an estimated full pre-payment. A check, cashier’s check or credit card is accepted for full pre-payment. An estimated guest count is due 30 days prior to your event.
Is a menu tasting offered prior to menu selection?
Yes, we offer one complimentary tastings for up to four people for any event anticipating more than 150 guests. Tastings are booked 3 to 6 months before the event date once a confirmation letter has been signed with the deposit.
Are dietary accommodations available?
Yes. Please inform us of any allergies or restrictions as soon as possible so we can best prepare for your event.
When would the event space be available for event set up and decorating?
You will be contracted the use of the space for a predetermined timeframe. We offer the ability to drop off items the day prior to your event (pending room availability) at no charge. You may secure the space for setup the day prior to your event with a rental fee and food and beverage minimum. Ask your Sales Manager for pricing.
What does the meeting space include?
We offer integrated state of the art A/V packages, including LCD projector and screen or 90” monitor, microphones and complimentary wireless internet. Your space will include a client experience manager to assist during your event. We also include flipcharts, podiums, whiteboards and any meeting tools your attendees may need.
Can we work with outside vendors?
You can work with outside vendors such as DJ’s, florals, décor, etc. We are happy to provide a list of our preferred vendors, but you may use any licensed vendor. Outside food or beverage vendors are not allowed.
Can our attendees visit the museum?
Depending on the size of your space, museum tickets are included with your package. Tickets are valid for 90 days from your event date. After hours at the museum can be arranged based on availability.
