Kristen has over two decades of leadership in the hospitality/food and beverage industry. Her career has taken her through country clubs, restaurants, hotels, and casinos. She has worked for top organizations such as Walt Disney, The Capital Grille, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Hard Rock Hotel, and Caesars Entertainment. Her passion for the hospitality industry has only grown through the years.

Kristen started in front-of-the-house operations, serving and managing, and then moved into event sales and marketing. She has been serving both the corporate and social markets throughout the United States. Her experiences include roles such as Director of Marketing for Scott’s Restaurants, Director of Sales for a Chicago-based off-premise catering company and Director of Catering for – Hard Rock Hotel Chicago. She’s even served as an Adjunct Professor for Hospitality at Cuyahoga Community College’s Hospitality Management School in Cleveland for several years.

When not working or networking with her clients, Kristen can be found in museums sketching, attending theater productions (she loves Broadway and ballet), seeking out new restaurants and dining experiences, or traveling to visit family and friends.

With literally a lifetime of experience in the hospitality industry, including spending the past 12 years coordinating and executing events on the H-D Museum campus, Jack is our most seasoned event professional. He is also responsible for managing internal event logistics as well as our event equipment and AV to ensure premium quality and functionality.  Jack made his way to Wisconsin after growing up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, where he logged many hours working at his family’s entertainment center. Once an adult, he ventured out to expand his event management experience in the arts and theater world as he pursued his undergraduate degree while eventually earning a master’s degree from UW-Madison.

Jack’s creativity and nimbleness also keep him busy at home. He and his wife are the proud parents of four children. When he can sneak in a little “me” time, he can be found writing and recording music in his man cave, jamming with friends in a local dad band or honing his new skill – lock picking. Did we mention Jack has four kids?  Suffice to say, Jack is agile and solution oriented.  From trade shows to fashion shows, marathons to corporate meetings, weddings to national rallies; Jack is always looking forward to the next adventure.
