Dave Larson

Director of Sales

Dave has over 20 years working in event production and management. His career has led him to work on many significant and high profile events, including Super Bowl XXXIX, the NRA Annual Meeting and the 2020 Democratic National Convention, among many others. With a passion for planning and organizing large-scale events, he brings a unique perspective to 1903 Events and the Harley-Davidson Museum. He has even worked with Harley-Davidson on many recent anniversary years welcoming over 100,000 guests to the Milwaukee area as part of his time at VISIT Milwaukee.

Dave began his career as a crew member at a rental company where he was quickly promoted to manage the exposition division. At the Wisconsin Center District in downtown Milwaukee, he led a variety of meetings, banquets and public events where he further found a passion for the event industry. During his time as the Director of Convention Services at VISIT Milwaukee for over 11 years, he built a successful reputation as a leader who serviced over 250+ events annually. He was selected to lead the planning and execution of the 2020 Democratic National Convention, a significant feat of both planning and execution. As a Milwaukee native and as someone who built his career here, he understands the unique position Harley-Davidson – and its legions of enthusiasts – holds in the the city.

He expressed, “I am excited to fill some very big shoes and represent the Harley-Davidson Museum to the world! As a Milwaukee native, Harley-Davidson has always been a brand that stands for all the things I am proudest about Milwaukee”

When not working, Dave is busy hanging out with his family including his two sons and wife, plus recent addition, Bluey the cat. He also stays active completing marathons, triathlons, and Ironmans.

Jack Bradway, Events Project Manager

Jack Bradway

Events Project Manager

With literally a lifetime of experience in the hospitality industry, including spending the past 12 years coordinating and executing events on the H-D Museum campus, Jack is our most seasoned event professional. He is also responsible for managing internal event logistics as well as our event equipment and AV to ensure premium quality and functionality.  Jack made his way to Wisconsin after growing up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, where he logged many hours working at his family’s entertainment center. Once an adult, he ventured out to expand his event management experience in the arts and theater world as he pursued his undergraduate degree while eventually earning a master’s degree from UW-Madison.

Jack’s creativity and nimbleness also keep him busy at home. He and his wife are the proud parents of four children. When he can sneak in a little “me” time, he can be found writing and recording music in his man cave, jamming with friends in a local dad band or honing his new skill – lock picking. Did we mention Jack has four kids?  Suffice to say, Jack is agile and solution oriented.  From trade shows to fashion shows, marathons to corporate meetings, weddings to national rallies; Jack is always looking forward to the next adventure.
